Reporting to Product Head
To respond to customer queries within the required turnaround time and with the expected quality. The role will require being able to work in shifts.
Qualification : Graduate Experience : 2-4 years No. of Positions : 1
The successful candidate will have the following skills: :
Written communication
Ability to understand how the various products and functions work in Cricinfo so as to be able to service the various requests
Ability to empathize with the user in order to be able to service their needs better
Proactive attitude in trying to get user's requests serviced with necessary coordination between different units, if needed.
Ability to understand the internet
Have an aptitude in understanding processes - they should be able to appreciate the need to process queries in the expected timeframe Good communication skills are a must as the role is expected to coordinate with different departments within the organization, in India and UK.
